The purpose of the program is to smoothly and efficiently return the assignee to his/her home country.

INTERMARK Consultant will assist an assignee and his family with the move-out process prior to the departure to their home country.

• Preparing necessary documents for lease termination (termination notice, acts and termination agreements)
• Accompanied move-out inspection and inventory inspection
• Dilapidations negotiations
• Negotiating and tracking return of the deposit
• Disconnecting utilities (where applicable)
• Coordinating house cleaning and repair services (where applicable)
• Coordinating furniture removal (where applicable)
